Great and decent headset for the price

Wouldn't recommend

Posted .Hello Bren. Thank you for your kind words regarding your fanhood of Logitech! I'm so sorry you're experiencing the connectivity issues with your G635. Sometimes, dust particles or other small things can get caught in the USB port in the headset and cause the cable to not be seated correctly, which in turn will disconnect at even the slightest movement. If you can, pull out your cable, get a safety pin or even an earring and scrape around in the micro USB port. Then blow it out with a can of compressed air. This will clean the port and you should be able to get a good connection with the USB cable again. If this doesn't work, please contact us at: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/

AWSOME SOUND, HORRIBLE 3.5MM CABLE

Great price for quality

Uncomfortable, Mic Issues

I was hoping for something comfortable I could wear most of the day. Not only were these uncomfortable for an extended length of time, I was having all kinds of issues with my coworkers not being able to hear me in meetings. I had to return them; I went with a Razer pair instead.

Must have for Lightsync setup
