    The usb wire it came with didnt work so that wasted like an hour of time trying to figure out why the headphones werent working in the first place. When we decided to try another wire, poof, it worked. Annoying. Lets hope the actual headphones last though.

    I purchased this gaming headset for my son that loves to play video games. He was so excited! It literally worked for about an hour if that. My husband checked it out & there is something wrong with the wire. I'm not even sure who to contact about this but it's $ wasted.

    Bought wired headset because I wanted plug and play ease. Not the case. Driver installs and updates and still....either the headphones work or the mic works...never both. Planning a return

    the part that connects the ear piece to the head band broke it was made really cheaply and could not sustain the usage
