    The Logitech G432 headset was not what I was expected. The sound quality is not good and wearing the headset felt very uncomfortable. I had to constantly adjust the bass and treble settings. No better than my Sony ZX headphones.

The G432 features Next-gen DTS Headphone:X 2.0 surround sound that's powered by Logitech's G HUB gaming software. It is available on Windows OS only, so if you're using the G432 on console, it will only be simply just stereo sound that you're getting.     Purchased it to use with Discord and my laptop. FIrst couple of times it worked fairly well, with occasional glitches with the microphone cutting out. After 4-5 uses the microphone is dead most of the time. Using it to listen and type responses.

      Hello, I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the mic on this device. There are a few things we can try. first, please make sure the drivers on your computer are updated for this device. These can be found on the support page for this item. Also it may need a firmware update, this can be found on the same support page on Logitech.com. If both of those do not work, you may have received a defective unit. Fortunately, this device has a 2 year warranty through Logitech. You can file a claim on the support page for this item as well. I hope this helps!     Poor device. I tried two pairs of these within a week of each other and the right ear stopped playing audio within minutes. Logitech has fallen some ways, they should be embarrassed with their shoddy products.
