I would recommend contacting Best Buy support, or the company used by Best Buy to ship your product to you (ie, UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) I hope we can solve your problem quickly, and I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Nice Headset For Price

They are very comfortable for those long gaming sessions, the sound is great for non-surround and the microphone does a good job at isolating voice. The one area that would be a "nice to have" (more out of habit on my part) would be an actual nute button either on headset and/or inline. That said, certainly not a deal breaker. I would recommend to a friend. Disclaimer: This product was provided free, or at reduced cost, for the purpose of reviewing the product. It worked fine for the first 3 days and literally stopped working while In a game. Not to mention the sound quality was horrible.

Posted .Sorry to see you're having mic issues with your G432 Gaming headset. If you haven't already, please make sure the 3.5mm jack is securely inserted into the port on whichever device you're using it with. Sometime if that isn't plugged in all the way, it will affect the mic. If you've tried that and are still having issues, check out support page for more tips that may give you a solution https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024150194 Hope this helps!

I went into system settings and maxed it out (Windows 10), maxed it out on Discord, maxed it out in the Logitech app, and you can barely hear me speaking. I do not speak softly, either. It didn't work well for pc gaming. I went back to my old call center mic with single speaker. Thing is like 12 years old and still works amazingly well. I wish I had returned this but I didn't open it right away and by the time I realized how poor the mic is it was too late to return.

One worked, one didn’t
