I absolutely LOVE these headphones! Super easy to set up, just plug and play (you may need to select the output for your PC, through no fault of the headset). The surround sound is pretty good; sure there's going to be better surround systems, but for the price this is amazing. Great sound, comfortable and has a long braided cable. I prefer the cable as I am right at my rig and don't want to deal with charging the headset. Mic is great, my friends can her me crystal clear, even when at a quiet whisper, and the mic flips away into the ear cup, protecting it when not in use. Cons: mute button is on the back of the headset and takes a little practice to find fast (but does light up a red LED on mic boom to let you know you're muted)

    Mechanically good, physically bad

I bought these headphones to replace an older pair of Logitech G430 headphones. Those ones had served me well for about a year, finally biting the dust bc the plastic that holds one of the ears on cracked, and the whole thing couldn't be supported. Headphones, mic, and everything still worked fine. It was an extreme annoyance. So, seeing that one has been discontinued, I went for this one. It looks pretty similar. Price was the same, so I went ahead and bit the bullet. Bit the bullet indeed. This one, mechanically, is about the same as the previous. I'm not audiophile, but the sound is good. It works well, I like the clarity of the mic, never have issues there. Connection is good, although it requires a piece of Logitech software (bleh) to function, but it's not a Razer keyboard - this actually works. However, the actual construction and materials used on this headset? God awful. You have a short, rubber coated wire connecting the headphones to your computer. Forget the excellent braided cable of the previous one, be ready to have this break on you within a year. Instead of the handy controls for muting your mic and turning up volume located on a small control on the cable, its on the bottom of the left ear. This might be useful to some, but it means adjusting the headset on you will likely result in you changing volume. The mic mutes but being folded back upwards, which isn't awful, but seems sort of eh. However, the WORST part of these headphones? They have the same fatal flaw as the G430 - plastic frames. Mine has already cracked in the same place as my previous pair - from a gentle fall from less than 12 inches onto a carpeted floor. I'm just waiting for these ones to crumble apart before I decide to just invest more money into a set of headphones with metal frames that won't crap out on me within a month. I'd say if you just want something like an old G430, or don't really care about all the uncomfortable design choices, this is a solid cheap option. But if you want long term headphones? Go for something better.

I love the feel, the size and the sound for the price. You can't beat the bang for your buck this headset brings to the table. The mic quality is amazing and being able to hear yourself while wearing the headset through the Logitech G Hub program makes it feel so much less stuffy. It also keeps me from yelling so much during games with friends.

Good quality for the price. I thought the aux to usb adapter was going to have problems because usually the 3.5mm adapters usually have connection problems if made poorly but this one had no problems. The cushion that sits over your ear is fairly large and doesn't pinch your ears if you wear glasses so it felt comfortable for me. Definitely would recommend for a friend.

Reasonably priced and good overall sound with plenty of bass. The mic, however, does tend to pick up ambient noise even when it is a good distance from the user. The other problem fr me is that they fit quite tight and I need to take them off frequently to avoid feeling like my skull is being pinched

I got this when my other headset died. I had problems with the old pair loosing my words. This new set picks things up wonderfully. While not noise canceling, they do block out alot of noise, my to my family's dismay. I love how the mic when pushed up, mutes the mic. This way I don't have to hunt to unmute myself when on a call. I just pull the mic down, and I am good to go.

I cannot defend this product for consistent everyday use or longevity. Yes, Sound is clear, mic is solid and blends in well with headphones when not in use, but i was sooo disappointed. Its very comfortable even with the metal framing. But that's the issue. The metal framing stops so that the ear muffs can pivot for added comfort, a pivoting point that is surrounded by plastic. 3 months is all it took and it snapped, right above the ear. If you are actually considering getting this, grab from the metal above ears, but not from the ear portion like normal humans do. I dont recommend
