I am sorry that you have experienced an issue with the mic over time; I would like to help. If you have not already done so please install the Logitech G Hub software for customization and best experience. Please check your computer’s mic privacy settings, and also setting in the programs/apps that you are using the headset with. I have attached a link to the “Getting Started” support page for your G432 Headset where you can find software downloads, product guides and further support if you are still experiencing issues.

    It’s great for a beginner. However, if you are going to be having lengthy conversations through the mic you’ll need something a little clearer.

    The cushioning could be a bit more comfortable, especially if prone to playing several hours at a time. The microphone quality sounds great and the options available on the frame of the headset are great, just hard to reach. 4/5

    Sound kinda seems like it’s at a distant, not sure if it is just my set but does not seem that great overall. Ideally wanted something with great volume where I do not have to turn my volume up to the full max.

      Hi Katie. Sorry to see you're having some audio quality issues with the G432 Gaming headset. You can adjust things like the sound setting in the free G Hub software. Also if you haven't already, please make sure the audio cables are plugged in securely for the best quality.     I purchased this because my last headset broke on me. It's great for the price and it can be used on all consoles and pc. I recommend it if you have multiple gaming consoles or if you are solely a pc gamer. It will meet your need perfectly.
