Great set of earphones, had usb plug and sound was fantastic as advertized. Don't care about the flashy lights and all, just the sound and ease to use this set of earphones while gaming

This is a great headset! I've always used Razer headsets forever. Decided to give these a try since I have the keyboard and mouse. They syncd great and have excellent sound. Mic is very clear with my guild. Good buy! Recommend it.

One of the features that led me to purchase these headphones was that the microphone turns off when turned to 90 degrees (up). Needing help, I contacted Logitech customer service. In return, I received an email asking me to do an incredible number of things before they would help me. Included in my to-do list is the need to shoot a video of my serial number with a hand-rotten note with a reference number and to share the video with them via an email link. I can take it back to Bestbuy in less time than it will get to do ll this. Ridiculous.

Works great, use for gaming and just to listen to music or videos. Comfortable for long wear and the way the earcups swivel back and forth make putting them on over glasses easy.

Good for the Value of it and they feel good too ty

I have a G430 headset at home that works great. No problems. The G432 requires the G-Hub software to be running to work properly but that software crashes constantly and the headset stops working until you restart the software and sometimes seems to require a reboot. Not so great when I am using this for my office VOIP software and virtual meetings. Its getting returned today.

My G933 headphones stopped working. This was the only headphones available locally. They aren't as comfortable and the sound quality is "tinny". Thankfully my G933's are working again!

Not a bad headset as far as sound quality and looks. I, unfortunately, ended up returning them after I wore them a few times and realized I found them very uncomfortable. They put a painful amount of pressure on the top of my head and put quite a bit of pressure behind my ears as well. I'll be exchanging them for something that is hopefully lighter weight with more cushion to avoid the painful head pressure.
