    I used this in a work-from-home call center type job on a MacBook Pro and it worked perfectly fine. This is really more of a user error, but the physical volume adjuster/slider would (rarely) get accidentally nudged up or down if I set the headset down the wrong way. It is also a tight fit, but will probably fit perfectly after using a couple weeks.
