Great affordable headset

USB/Connection problem

Im guessing the wireless ones dont have this problem. Only recommend if you really have no other option.

Broke too soon

I had a similar pair from logitech for about 10 years. Decided to upgrade, and these broke within 3 months of very infrequent use. They still work but there is now a sharp piece of plastic above my ear. This same part on the older model was metal, and now its cheap plastic.

Poorly Built Headset
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This headset is incredibly low quality, it had a tendency to crack at the right swivel spot, cracking off the logos. I went through two of these, and within 4-5 months, both cracked in the same spot. Luckily, Logitech Customer Support is really helpful and upgraded the model for me.

Posted .Hello, I am sorry to hear about the issue you are having with the headset! We can try a couple things! You may need to do a firmware update for this device. It can be found on the support page for this item on Logitech.com. It will be under downloads. You also may have just received a defective unit. This device comes with a 2 year warranty through Logitech. To make a claim, you will go to the same support page for this item. I hope this helps!
