Sound Volume is not good

Also microphone does not pick up my voice. I bought these to use for gaming. The reason I did not rate this headset lower is that the surround sound is a nice feature when I can hear thru it. I don't know if the headset is defective or if it is the D/A USB card that you have to use if you are using the USB port. I have switched back to using my old H450 headset and can hear fine with volume at 24%.

Comfy, but wish they were louder

Although they have a USB adapter, they only work if I plug them into the Xbox controller with the mini jack. So I don't see how the microphone would even be functional. Even maxing out all volume levels on the Xbox Settings menu, and the headset volume, the volume in the phones is pitiful. Needs an external headphone amp. Barely adequate. In addition, the controller tends to turn itself off in the middle of gameplay (since I use a wheel and peddles) requiring me to reach over and hit the controller power button. PITA. I thought I was buying something that would work with my Xbox.

This headset is amazing! So easy and works perfectly. I love that all I have to do is flip the mic up or down to talk or mute. I never have those embarrassing, sorry I was on mute, moments.

Surround sound lacking a bit

They are okay!

They don’t really adjust to fit someone with a bigger head very well. Also to mute the mic you have to push it all the way up which can sometimes be inconvenient, but overall decent for the price!

Great starter headset

Other than a few comments that my voice sounds like I’m in a tunnel, performance has been really good.

Not Durable

Fortunately, product was still under warranty and a replacement was sent by Logitech. Unfortunately, this is the third Logitech headset I have owned (different models) and all have had the same design flaw where the hinge cracks after a few months of use. These were too expensive to be a disposable headset so can't recommend. Have since switched to another brand.

Great multi-use headset!

He found them to be comfortable for long periods of use and really likes the "raise microphone to mute" feature. Now he uses them for both Zoom classes and gaming!

Talk and Listen in Quiet Comfort

The connector options allow for use with USB inputs as well as 1/8" jack. The padded ear cuffs keep out most external sound without expensive noise-canceling. I like the volume control on the ear cuff too.
