The sound quality was pretty good for the price but the actual headset felt cheap. If i would move the headset, you could hear the plastic squeaking.

I purchased this headset for my kids to use during online school during the COVID-19 closure. It works perfectly for online learning, and my daughter loves using it to play Fortnight.

Absolutely awesome the lights on the side really make it stand out from the others. The sound is absolutely amazing it really feels like you are in the game. I would highly recommend buying this headset over a really expensive one.

My son always prefer this model for his Nintendo switch and has been rough with the item. He goes through the device a lot. This is very economical and the Best Buy protection is the absolute best as far the replacement or warranty goes.

Great sound and features but these WILL break inside of a year. The hinges are too week. Trust me, spend the extra $12-15 for geek squad protection. You’ll be thanking yourself later because, I repeat, this WILL break! 5 sets over 5 years proved that to me. We just upgraded to G935’s. Hopefully they last longer but we got the geek squad protection for them too.

Excellent product and delivery. TV was packaged very well and instructions made it easy to install and then get up and running. TV looks beautiful in the living room and has served my family well for two weeks now.

Gaming headphones are very good! Microphone is useful to talk online with friends. Sound quality is good!

Bought these to replace my aging G430s that i absolutely love. Sadly they weren't worth it. Construction feels significantly cheaper, and the incredibly short cord made them almost entirely useless. Cord itself was now, instead of nicely braided and sturdy fabric, incredibly flimsy feeling rubber. Sound was at least decent, for the very short time i was able to try them out.

Found a gift certificate received years ago after my purchase so i will try to use on another purchase it has no experation date so i hope i do not get a hassele over it. that i get the same great customer service.

This thing picks up sound really well. I was gaming with some friends and they could actually hear my family member speaking to me from across the room.

Works perfectly. Needed something to accommodate my zoom classes as the speakers on my monitor were lacking in volume. Use them all the time now. Happy I've purchased them.

These are headphones. Sound comes out the ears, and the mic picks up the voice.

These were perfect for my daughter and her gaming. She says they are "awesome", she is 10. I also tried them on and they are noise canceling and I'd have a pair for myself as well if I needed them.

The headset works easy and well. Everything is fine to me but only thing, cooling, is problem. To cool down while using is only taking off.

My son bought these just to try out and he said they are great..basically plug and play into your computer as long as you have a free USB port...only downside is he is not sure if the mic is bendable.

love the headset got at home on a Monday and by Wednesday the headset didn't work anymore the microphone was still working but I couldn't hear anything call Logitech support they told me I can exchange it for another set son of a waste of time don't you think it only last 48 hours and it breaks great products sounds wonderful until it breaks expect two or three days out of it and you'll be done with this product

A little tight on ears but other wise a good head set, also vary easy to change volume if relaxing your head and not thinking about it.
