    I agree with the expert reviewers. It will do in a pinch, but I don't much care for analog connections, especially with regard to audio. After using the G635, this sounds low-quality by comparison. I'll be exchanging it for another G635. It's worth the price.

    It’s alright. The quality of the headset is very standard and the sound quality is also alright. The 7.1 surround audio is just barely noticeable if you’re new to the 7.1 surround audio. I honestly do not recommend this to anyone unless you’re looking for a specific headset like this.

I am sorry that you have experienced an issue with the mic over time; I would like to help. If you have not already done so please install the Logitech G Hub software for customization and best experience. Please check your computer’s mic privacy settings, and also setting in the programs/apps that you are using the headset with. I have attached a link to the “Getting Started” support page for your G432 Headset where you can find software downloads, product guides and further support if you are still experiencing issues.
