    Sound kinda seems like it’s at a distant, not sure if it is just my set but does not seem that great overall. Ideally wanted something with great volume where I do not have to turn my volume up to the full max.

      Hi Katie. Sorry to see you're having some audio quality issues with the G432 Gaming headset. You can adjust things like the sound setting in the free G Hub software. Also if you haven't already, please make sure the audio cables are plugged in securely for the best quality.     Bought for son so he could play on Nintendo Switch and talk with friends. Problem is, mic doesn't work with Switch. Doing a little research, there are settings in the Switch that will enable mic. See that as a hassle. He just uses his Beats instead.
