    I got these to replace a pair of G430s that failed after a few years. It was less than 3 months before the right earpiece of the G432s failed.

    The mic does not work with PS4. I can only listen but cannot talk. It seems like the USB cable doesn't work well because on PC I have the same issue if using USB.

    My child has only had these for about a month and the mic has stopped working. For that much money was hoping for a good product.

    Got these to replace a aged set of G430's they started off to be a great headset. Within a week the USB dongle died.

    Uncomfortable, Mic Issues

    I work from home and spend a lot of time in virtual meetings and editing videos. I was hoping for something comfortable I could wear most of the day. Not only were these uncomfortable for an extended length of time, I was having all kinds of issues with my coworkers not being able to hear me in meetings. I had to return them; I went with a Razer pair instead.

    Friends tell me it sounds like a torch when I talk into the mic. Sound quality is okay but not amaIng. Probably will return because everyone says the mic is bad quality even though I upgraded my drivers

    Headphone jack pulled out completely after 3rd use. After 4 1/2 hours spent on hold and being transferred to 9 different people, there was no way they could issue me a mailing label to repair or replace, under the 2 year warranty. The closest store is about 2 hours round trip for us, hence, we ordered online. Will never purchase from them again!!!

    DO NOT BUY THESE HEADPHONES. They came out as the replacement for the last headset I had and they are AWFUL. The fake leather is very hot and uncomfortable. The mic muting feature broke in 3 months so I could no longer use the mic. Sound quality was not noticeably improved over the last iteration. Last generation was much better. I will no longer be buying Logitech products.

    I bought my son this headset it was all packaged correctly but when he started using them he could only hear out of one side and the cord was damaged in different places. We haven’t had a chance to get back to BestBuy to exchange but we will be returning this weekend. We will exchange for another but the box will be checked prior to leaving

    I do not typically break my headphones. I had a similar pair from logitech for about 10 years. Decided to upgrade, and these broke within 3 months of very infrequent use. They still work but there is now a sharp piece of plastic above my ear. This same part on the older model was metal, and now its cheap plastic.

    Poorly Built Headset

    This headset is incredibly low quality, it had a tendency to crack at the right swivel spot, cracking off the logos. I went through two of these, and within 4-5 months, both cracked in the same spot. Luckily, Logitech Customer Support is really helpful and upgraded the model for me.

    The G432 headset fits well and is very comfortable to wear. One minor issue with the fit is when I turn my head to the side the cup will slightly lift away from my head and creates a slight drop in volume / loudness. Not horrible but worth mentioning. Mic is clear and works well. Friends have told me I sound loud and clear when talking online to them. I like the flip up to mute feature as well. Volume control knob on left can is easy to get to and a handy feature. I used the headset with my PC for gaming and listening to music and also used it with my mobile device for listening to music and making calls. The overall sound quality is pretty good while bass levels are very average. Probably neither the best nor the worst I have used with regard to sound quality. You won't be disappointed nor will you be blown away by the G432. On a computer I would recommend using the USB adapter over the 3.5mm mic/headphone splitter. The sound quality was noticably poorer using the splitter vs. connecting via USB adapter or plugging directly into mobile device with the 3.5mm TRRS connector. Another issue that I encountered was when I tried installing the GHub software to experiment with advanced settings. After installing on my Windows 10 PC it rendered the USB adapter totally inoperable. No troubleshooting that I tried was able to fix the problem. Only after uninstalling the software would the USB adapter work again.

If you haven't done so already, feel free to download our GHub software, which should allow you to customize your audio settings as well as your microphone settings. This should allow you to modify the way the audio sounds in your headset.
