Downgrade from G430

Unhappy with quality

I have to yell out for people to hear me. I also have to purchase a second piece to be able to use an apple phone. I'm disappointed because they only allow 15 days for an exchange.

Better options for the money

cheap materials

Sound never right and wearing it is uncomfortable.

The sound quality is not good and wearing the headset felt very uncomfortable. I had to constantly adjust the bass and treble settings. No better than my Sony ZX headphones.

Do NOT Purchase

I tried two pairs of these within a week of each other and the right ear stopped playing audio within minutes. Logitech has fallen some ways, they should be embarrassed with their shoddy products.

Missing order

Do not buy!!!

It worked fine for the first 3 days and literally stopped working while In a game. Not to mention the sound quality was horrible.

Posted .Sorry to see you're having mic issues with your G432 Gaming headset. If you haven't already, please make sure the 3.5mm jack is securely inserted into the port on whichever device you're using it with. Sometime if that isn't plugged in all the way, it will affect the mic. Great comfortable headset

Most importantly the G432 sounds great. The 7.1 surround sound sounds absolutely great when watching videos or plays games. I tested these out on my Nintendo Switch and was really impressed with the sound. The games sounded rich with a full sound. I really noticed the sound separation and deep bass sounds. The fit was just a little stiff for my liking. The headband was a little hard and the ear cuffs weren't as soft as I'd like but, these are by no means uncomfortable. I could see them putting some pressure on your head after a long session. The headphones have plenty of headband positions and the ear cups are plenty big to fit around most ears. Overall I think these are a solid fit. The mic works well, it's flexible and can be tilted up if needed. It's simple and it works, I like it. The headphones come with several options for connecting; standard 3.5mm, split 3.5mm with dedicated headphone and microphone, and a USB interface. So you should be covered for every scenario. For the money, I think these are a great option if you are looking for a good pair of gaming headphones.

ONLY FOR PC

Posted .Hello Mikey, I apologize you had an unpleasant experience with the G432 headset. Here are some troubleshooting ideas that hopefully fix this issue. Seeing that it worked for PC, means the headset works fine. So it could be one of two things, wrong connection to the xbox or the audio input/output on the xbox settings. Double check you are using just the 3.5 mm jack and nothing else. Insert the 3.5 mm jack straight into the controller itself. This is the only way you can use it to play on console. Finally, check your settings for your xbox one. If you need assistance, you can always get support on our Logitech support website.

Microphone did not work

Don’t work
