Great gaming headphones

It's a great headset but...

Kinda makes it pointless to have a surround sound headset when you can't control the surround sound. The headset itself is pretty nice and it sounded great when you could tweak the sound.

Awesome sound. Broke in 7 months.

Little hard to set up unless you really understand G keys and what not. But the surround sound is great and mic clear UNTIL Mic stopped working. Intermittent crackles and losing game sounds followed by mic dropping and then crashing. Haven’t seen any answers for it online. Will be contacting Logitech for a replacement

They break easily

Great Headphones at a great price

The headphones and microphone work great. It would have been nice for them to come with a little more directions because we had a hard time getting them to work with the PS4 as we had to change some of the settings. Also we had to Google how to turn off the microphone when needed because nothing in the package said how to do so.

Decent Sound Quality and serve their purpose

They serve purpose well. Calls are clear on both ends using the mic. The mic folds up when not being used. I have inadvertently turned the volume down on the back of the left ear cup, but that’s an easy fix.
