The main issue I had was the headset hurting my head overtime due to the lack of padding at the top area. It was uncomfortable after 5 minutes of game play and the audio was not really great as well as the mic not as the quality that I expected. I have other products from Logitech which were better quality but this headset from them didn’t exceed my expectations. I did return it for another headset for the pain it caused from the top area. I would recommend it if you maybe have a smaller head. It just wasn’t for me.

Super solid sound quality, incredibly lightweight and very comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. The ear cups are memory foam and have ample cushion. Mic quality is not phenomenal but definitely gets the job done. I dont have an issue with the indicator light position but it would be nice to have a chime when muting/unmuting. Luckily the PS5 controller has a light on it that indicates that so its not a huge issue.

First off, the description is wrong and it does not work with Nintendo Switch, which does not support Bluetooth mics at all. But then on PC, the mic also stops working after about every use, and you have to spend about 30 minutes uninstalling it, disconnecting it, power cycling it, over and over to get the mic to work. Bluetooth paring is effective about 1/10 times. Very hard to tell if it is on and just not working again vs. off. Consistent audio coming through, just has issues with the mic.

I'm sure they would be good for a young kid, but they were definitely not for me. Sound quality is pretty bad, I definitely wouldn't pay more than maybe 30$ for these personally.

Had high hopes, that were quickly crushed.

They're aesthetically pleasing, lightweight, wireless, and had decent sound quality. However about 3 weeks into use, they stopped working entirely. Even with the power chord plugged in, nothing happened. No light, no sound. Of course this was after the return period so I am now stuck with a broken headset. Honestly had high hopes for this wireless headset that was on the cheaper side. However it became clear that the price reflected the quality of this item.

I visited with the Geek Squad 2 or 3 times and appreciate the help they offer me,.

However, they are pretty quiet when compared to headphones i used before, so i usually have to turn it up a little more while playing games.
