Would occasionally disconnect and sound was choppy… but after two months, I got the “not supported” error on my PS4. Tried everything to reset, PC couldn’t even read the dongle or headset so couldn’t try updating. Can’t even remove the headset from bluetooth options because it wont connect. Get something else.

However, there is now an update available for the G435 here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407898529687-Download-G435-Gaming-Headset to pair them with the Nintendo Switch, no dongle required. It’s hard to find quality headphones that both fit him and are comfortable for him, but these definitely did the trick.

The ONLY feature that is supposed to make this headset worth it despite that is the sound limiter(85 decibels) especially for children's ears. But according to multiple review testers even that feature doesn't work(exceeds 85 decibels with the limiter on).

Almost no padding in the headband because it doesnt need it. You can hardly feel it on your head. Bottom of the barrel sound quality. Good enough for average listening. Not good for gaming (footsteps, soft sounds, etc.) Good for a cheap, average needs headset.
