It’s extra large size gives you plenty of room to move your mouse without having to lift the mouse up to continue in the same direction. The backing is rubberized so it stays put and the top surface is super smooth and the mouse literally glides over it.

I assumed it was more of a cloth top but it feels as slippery as nylon. I suggest a flat surface. The travel is nice, the experience was solid, i encourage others to consider this as an option.
