I've been using the G502 Hero for about a month now and I love it. Lots of programmable buttons and all well placed. Sleek design and feels like a quality product. I use it for PC gaming and it's absolutely perfect. The ONLY thing I wish could be different was if there was a wireless version of this mouse. However, that's not an issue with the mouse, just me being greedy. Highly recommend!

Mind you, I've never really owned a nice mouse. So, I don't have much to compare it to, but this is a really nice mouse. Don't know if I'll ever get around to gaming with it though. Nice long braided cord. Smooth wheel. I wear a L/XL men's glove and it feels good, maybe a little small. Only fault I can find so far is when engaging the dual mode wheel to single click mode it could be smoother with slightly less resistance.

Great, sturdy mouse. Favorite feature is the fast scroll wheel. Adjustable weights also a plus.

NICE SHAPE, FITS COMFORTABLY UNDER HAND, GOOD BUTTON PLACEMENT. HAS CUSTOMIZABLE WEIGHT AND LIGHTING.

Pro: - really ergonomic, I don't fault any strain after prolonged use - really premium quality and feel, the mouse wheel is aluminum - unlike a lot of gaming nice it's not tricked out with too much LED's or gaudy logos so you can even take it to work - even without installing the program the buttons have use right out of the box, like going back in Google chrome Con: - nothing I can think of, it's a really good mouse Con: - not a lot

The quality and design are a tiny bit cheap but this mouse is my favorite. I love that you can adjust the weight. Good placement of the buttons and the feel good. Easy to adjust the function. The scroll wheel was my favorite part. Responsive! Really long cord that is easy to organize

Very comfortable and responsive. Extra buttons helps a lot on repetitive tasks. Will buy again.

The functions are great! However, after daily use for work after a week or so, it started making a "vibrating spring" sound on the left clicker when released. The noise gets super annoying, and I can't figure out if this is normal. Gamers might find it more annoying than a guy like me who uses it for work.

Really comfortable, and an excellent mouse wheel that lets you toggle between a clicky feel and a smooth feel--a must if you're constantly scrolling through web pages.
