It is a better fit in my hands than my rival 3, as I have enourmous hands. The mouse came with counterweight that you can add to the base. I havent tried to set up macros yet, so im unsure if it is possible. I REALLY recommend this mouse.

Comfortable grip. I would prefer a slightly larger mouth but got used to this one despite the smaller size all the same. I don't use it for gaming.
