My son uses this for gaming and really liked that he could program the buttons to his preferences. It's really quick reacting and needs adjusting on some games so you dont get kicked for cheating.

Great all purpose mouse. Weight feels good empty, could add more depending on style. Texture and buttons also feel good. No misclicks. Cable is also good quality and wrapped.

If you like a heavy mouse, and a right handed ergonomic mouse this is the gold standard

The Logitech G502 is an excellent mouse whether it is at $40 or $50. It has all the programable buttons you need except for mmorpg players I suppose, a free scroll wheel button for going down pages quickly and an overall great build quality in terms of materials and feel. Logitech's Ghub software expands it customizability to levels I've never would have expected for a mouse. Overall it is well worth the MSRP and a steal when on sale.

good mouse and great response. custom weights included are good. The only down side is the thumb button feels a little weird at first and pushes your hand position a little more rearward

Have purchase 2 of these, purchased 1 initial for home use and then purchased a 2nd for office use, good price too.

A great mouse, for both gaming and technical/design work. I've been using the G502 for years, and would highly recommend them (both the Hero and Lightspeed versions). My only complaint is that they exchanged the old braided cord to a cheaper-looking plastic one. Minor, but a little disappointing.

everything about the mouse is nice esp the fact that you can add extra weight to it, only thing in my eyes that could be better is the lighting efect could use a tad more

Great mouse for this price point! Only thing to know is the material on the right side wears down over time so you'll want to get the replacement plan if you want a new one in 2 years.

Great gaming mouse .... very ergonomic, feels great ...all extra buttons great for programming different functions

There’s a lot to like about this mouse. The adjustable weights, all buttons being responsive, etc. My major gripe with this is the track wheel. I absolutely hate it. It spins endlessly- like you can give it a good spin and it’ll be going for 10-15 seconds. Precision is very, very bad. With smaller movements, you’ll frequently move further than you wanted. So let’s say you have a hot key bar on your screen and you want to move from slot 1 to slot 2. You can’t- you’ll hit 4, and then backtrack too far, and finally after much finagling you may eventually reach the intended target. There really needs to be some sort of friction on the wheel, or like intermediate gradations so you don’t scroll too far.

Overall, this mouse is good. The thing that I most like about it is the infinity scroll wheel, but when you use it a lot, it does get 'weaker' in away. It does feel great in the hand.
