I did not like this mouse at first I found the button placement to be a very confusing for my first gaming mouse in 15 years. However after using for a few months it really does work and make sense once you get used to it.

Had to buy a new one after the same one stopped working, couldn’t go without!

My son uses this mouse for gaming and he really loves it. I have not tried it myself, but I don't think I would have much use for all those buttons. I use my computer for work mostly, Gaming is not something I do. But if you are a gamer, this apparently is THE mouse to get.

I wanted to wired mouse. This one fit the bill! Based on reviews, on functions, I am really happy with this mouse! Function wise, and price wise, its a great unit!

Decent mouse. Not the biggest fan of the weight but if you like a heavy mouse it is a great buy!

This has been a good mouse overall. One issue I have had is one of the DPI increasing button is very close to to the left mouse click. I have accidentally clicked this in mid game sending my mouse into a quicker DPI. I just disabled that button during gaming and made the one below it cycle through DPI. I will also say that mouse wheel has a very strong click to it as you scroll. Not real loud, but you definitively feel each one.

Logitech - G502 HERO Wired Optical Gaming Mouse with RGB Lighting - Black works as expected

Used this mouse to replace my Corsair Dark Core RGB that had the right mouse button poop out on me in less than 2 years. G502 Hero is substantially faster with the Hero feature. My prior G502 non Hero lasted forever. Bought the Corsair for fancier lighting but it was a waste of money.

Not for the super gamers. It is accurate and fast enough for me. I have used Logitech products for many years.

After the first year and a half I was having double clicking issues with the right click. Which is apparently common with Logitech mice. Now with it nearly being 3 years the double clicking is much worse, and even the left click is not registering all clicks. About 1 year in I had to replace the skates as the OEMs were peeling up and scratching my mouse pad. Luckily skates are cheap on amazon and the replacements were higher quality and glided better. Overall disappointed by the the quality of the g502 Hero. I loved the functionality of it and if not for the subpar quality it'd 5 star the mouse. Everything aside from the quality I love about the g502 Hero. I'd still recommend the mouse and the protection plan with it. Hope for the best and take advantage of the protection plan as soon as issues occur, if necessary.

Great Gaming mice, I have had other brands, but the construction quality and durability of this product is excellent.

Nice weighted mouse. Sometimes click a wrong button. But I think it's a great mouse.

This mouse is really nice. The only thing that was thought to get used to is the scroll wheel. It’s hard to explain but If it’s locked it’s a little tough to scroll and if it’s unlocked it’s too easy to scroll. The buttons on the inside (where your thumb goes) are very sensitive. But, once you get used to the mouse it’s not so bad.
