Very comfortable, smooth and fluid on screen...

Great feel on the palm, good scroll wheel, with or without clicks. Settings adjustments a great, haven't yet used the weights yet, but good to have. Side buttons are good; the two right (thumb) buttons could be a bit father forward but not a big deal. I'm not using this for gaming, but would recommend this mouse for any purpose at a desktop.

Great gaming mouse

While some may have a difficult time getting used to the design and the shape, I personally enjoy it and think it feels great and comfortable, especially for gaming situations. This mouse has 11 programmable buttons and uses the awesome HERO 16K sensor. Overall this is a great mouse with great performance.
