It works and the wire isnt broken, pretty heavy but you get used to it

Great mouse! Good responsiveness and great build. I love the position of the additional keys... so much better thsn my ither gaming mice.

I have a g602 wireless mouse and this one is so much better for gaming. Only thing is that it's not wireless like the g602 but for the price it's definitely worth it.

Initial thoughts are excellent so far. Especially love the ability to switch from a free moving to a locked-movement style scroll wheel.

Software makes this mouse unusable for me. To be clear the hardware is fine, but after the most recent updates the side buttons, which I map to movement in my games, have 3 to 5 second input delay. You can just google g502 hero side button delay, and you will see I am not the only one. As this was my go to mouse I had even bought spares and can confirm it is indeed not the hardware. I used to have a download of g hub from mid 2023, unfortunately my g hub updated, and the mouse is once again unresponsive and unusable for me. I am sad to say I will be forced to buy a mouse from a different brand, as I cannot buy a logitech mouse until they fix the software it uses.... I was hoping to hold out for a fix, but this has persisted for months, with multiple updates not addressing the issue.

no problems so far, really nice feeling and performing gaming mouse. I expect it to last.

great mouse, only problem is games will not let you utilize all of the button on the mouse.

Good for gaming, a bit on the heavy side but very easy to move around. side buttons are easy to reach with thumb.

wasn't as comfortable as the m65 pro great mouse though dont get me wrong

This has been my favorite mouse ever, I like it so much I bought one for my workplace as well. I will probably try the 'lightspeed' version out eventually.

This mouse is great. It has enough buttons to do exactly what I want, but not so many that it is a nuisance.

Would definitely recommend. Mouse was on sale for $30 and have been using it every day since purchase. The style fits my hand comfortably and doesn't require a lot of effort to use.

I seen this mouse the g502 is the same thing more expensive but after comparing this features I went with the se because only difference between the two is the se has white in it

I'm a huge, long-time Logitech user and fan. I love Logitech products. That being said, I am extremely disappointed in this mouse. Now I will admit that there may be a problem with my computer but I am doubting that, since my two other wireless Logitech mice work perfectly fine. Periodically, this G502 stops working. For no apparent reason the mouse will just cease to function and the only way to get it back is to restart the PC. Other than that, it takes some getting used to with the DPI settings and what its myriad of buttons do. For gaming I'm at odds with it. I have a "meh" emotion towards the G502 and my older, chunkier wireless Performance MX mouse does the job quite well. In fact at the time of this writing, I am using that Performance MX mouse because the G502 shut itself off again. I think Logitech missed the mark with this one.

I purchased the original G502 many years ago and purchased this to replace it after man years of wear. Overall great mouse for gaming, very comfortable for people with bigger hands.

Had some issues with the feet edges peeling. Otherwise good and customizable.
