Both my husband I have have one on our computers, plus I keep an extra on hand, just in case disaster should happen! This particular one is for my Grandson and his new computer I just purchased for his Christmas Gift. I would not even consider another mouse, as this one has been so dependable and I love the speed!

Posted .Hello customer, I'm sorry to hear your G502 is double clicking. I would recommend cleaning the left click with a can of compressed air, and possibly adjusting your double click sensitivity. Adjust double-click sensitivity in the Mouse Properties > Buttons tab > Double-click speed (In Mac OS X: System Preferences > Mouse > Double-Click Speed).

The G502 HERO is the same mouse just wired. It can be had for half the cost of the Lightspeed with all of the performance. If you don't mind adding one more wire to your work surface, this is a great mouse. Try to grab it on sale.
