Not as comfortable as advertised and the buttons don't feel clicky enough for me. The scroll wheel is not very nice neither and failed shortly after using for a couple of days. It became loose and you could hear it rattling when moving the mouse quickly.

Like the design of the gaming mouse and very comfortable.

Great mouse for basic computer work. But I use a lighter gaming mouse for fps games. Good mouse but a little heavy.

I purchased this to replace my logitech g500s. They seemed similar enough but after using it for a few days, I had to return it. The area to rest your thumb is now impeded by the thumb button which used to be higher up on the mouse. Unless you want your thumb resting on the button, you have to hold the mouse in quite an awkward way. Also, had issues w/ the mouse having lag clicking. Never had this issue w/ any other mouse before. Glad I can return it to best buy. Not sure what I will replace my g500s w/, but going back to that one while this goes back to the store. Quite bummed though. Options are nice but the button placement is less than ideal.

Awesome RGB mouse that works for gaming or just regular daily computer work. Weights come with it to adjust how light the mouse is. Only bad is Logitech Hub sometimes pain to use.

i like the design, good for the long usage. does not give any painful feeling. the performance is like the others... if you like wired mouse, it is pretty good with that price.

Feels heavy its not good for gaming has too much weight.

Cannot beat for the price tag of $30. Only feature that is missing is customizing the LED colors

We bought this mouse for our kid. Razer mouse that we bought always making a problem after using It a while. This mouse has a good quality and great grip. The kid love this mouse.

On my 3rd mouse after returning the first two for double clicking issues. The first mouse developed the double clicking after 2 weeks and the second one developed the double clicking after 3 months. So far 3rd mouse has been running fine, no issues yet...

Ive been a gamer all my life. I recently constructed a new PC and bought all new accessories for it. Including this mouse. After the first month I notice this mouse had terrible clicking problems and will double click in games and stop dragging things if your holding the left click button. I can not express my hate for this mouse enough. I think its a trash product and I will never buy this brand again or any accessories from best buy. I guess Ill have to start buying straight from companies and hope I never have this problem again. Its the worse feeling to get back from a business trip and just want to relax and play a game, but I cant without this mouse double clicking everything and ruining any chance of a good time. Its really a joke of a product and should be taken off the market. #trash

Was trying to replace my son's cordless Logitech gaming mouse when the motherboard died. He really liked that one, and this seemed to be the closest match.

a lot of people says that this is the best wired mice they have ever used so I got it. I cannot agree more. I used it for gaming and productivity and its awesome.

So much cheaper than the older model. I have already had to replace this mouse TWICE. If gsp wasn't a thing I would be SoL. I want this to be good... like the old one; but wow is it just absolute trash.

Short review. My Overwatch DPS went up and the G502 comes with dedicated profiles for Overwatch. Yay! I am sure it will rock with every other game. Long review. If you are series about gaming you need a wired gaming mouse. The G502 is amazing. I love that it lets you customize everything from the weight, DPI, to the buttons. It took me a few days to get the weight of the mouse at the right comfort level for me. DPI was easier to perfect. The LogitechG software you download gives you almost infinite control and is intuitive. No lag, fast reliable buttons and the scroll wheel stands out because is so well engineered it feels like it belongs on a luxury car. Highly recommended!

Great product. Easy set up, great handle. Just wish I would have bought the wireless one. But it’s still very nice mouse.

Perfect gaming mouse for beginners with good wired connectivity. I will recommend this over any other mice in this price range, specially for the FPS games.

Disappointed in this product for sure. If you have big hands look for a different mouse. Thumb was always hitting another side button. Even went into setting to kill the two side button functions. But was still not having great results. Went back to Corsair mouse and very happy with that decision.
