I have long fingers and this mouse was not the right fit due to its egg like shape. Loved the feel of the and the weights though!

I admit the mouse has more features and DPI than I would ever use, but I got a great price for it. I've owned it for about 6 months and that's when the clicking issues started. It varied between the single-click doing a double-click or the single-click acting like I was holding down the mouse button. Very frustrating in games! Normally, I expect these things to happen with gaming devices especially mice since their utilized more in gaming (click, click, click, etc), but it's the Logitech support that disappointed me, Sure, it says it has a 3 year warranty, but they wouldn't honor it even after I emailed them my receipt and explained the problem. Purchased a Corsair mouse to replace this one since I've dealt with Corsair's support in the past and it's been nothing, but stellar service.

this is a great gaming mouse if you're on a budget

It fulfills all the promises. Comfortable fitting in my palm. All buttons are easily accessible (except G7 & G9 as per my taste). Highly customizable thanks to Logitech G hub. Suits perfectly to all gaming and productivity needs. My only complaint is scroll wheel is way too smooth or way too stiff, there is no in-between. Also if mouse would be a little higher from the backside (palm rest area) it would be much more comfortable for long usage.

The mouse is great for this price. If you are chasing some high level staff, there are some other options.

This is a great all around mouse for general gaming and office work. The Logitech G hub software allows for macros customization that saves time and gives you an edge for certain games. The one drawback is the weight. Its a bit heavy for FPS games. I would recommend going with something in the g400 series instead.

Solid mouse with adjustable weights that really make a difference if you are sensitive to resistance when using a mouse all day. Heavy mice will make my arms/shoulders hurt pretty fast. The adjustable weight and lots of customizable buttons make this an awesome mouse for pretty much anything.

My son loves them. They go well with his gaming pc.

This is a mouse that is so smooth when you glide it on your mouse pad plus it fits perfectly into your hands! Another plus is the design, this is not the normal edges that you will see in your gaming mouse. I would love to get the wireless version, but will have to wait for the price to go down..

Upgraded from a Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury to the Logitech G502 Hero wired and I do not see at this price why not to buy it. Was 34.99 before Black Friday and has not gone up since then. I would recommend the wired mouse for reduced input lag if you are into online gaming. Its WORTH IT !!!

I bought this to replaced a Razer Adler that started double clicking after a few weeks. Exchanged the Adler three times and it started double clicking every time. Threw it in the trash and bought this. I bought three more of this since just to have extra.

Wife ordered this mouse for our 15 year old for a Black Friday Sale. She doesn’t know much about gaming. She just thought she was getting a great deal. Our son was elated he got this mouse, and went on and on about how awesome it was. My wife felt pretty impressed with herself :D

Logitech mouse is still running strong. It’s easy as plug n play

itself is a good mouse responsive good value nice quality but those buttons on the side the space between where you rest the finger and the buttons is so small i end up pressing those buttons all the time really frustrating i don't recommend this mouse at all you will have a really bad time with it only maybe if you have really small fingers

Got it for my 11 year old he couldn’t be more happy. But did complain about the G Hub application which is not detecting the device at times which is a known issue and many threads available online. But overall you can’t get any better for the price.
