Feels great in the hand, the free scrolling mouse wheel is great for gaming. I can bind a button to the mouse and spin it and it just keeps spinning and spinning and spinning.....its kind of fun just to play with the mouse....LOL

I bought this for my 12 year old son and he loves everything about this mouse. He loves that he can customize the mouse to his liking, especially the weight control. I will continue to buy Logitech.

This mouse is great. It allows you to control so many things such as the preciseness when clicking, the weight of the mouse and several configurable buttons. It's a little more expensive than a 3 button mouse but it's worth it!

It's a very good mouse, i like that its wireless, but the base isnt wireless and the battery life is short, when charging, it needs to sit on the base which makes this mouse unusable and the charge time isn't a short period of time. regardless, it's still a pretty solid mpuse

Works great. Had a wireless mouse that kept needing new batteries frequently and would stop working for no real reason, so bought this mouse and it is great.

WOW I got this mouse a couple days after Black Friday and it was normally $80 and it was on sale for $35! The only better option I could have done was buy 2 because the quality 9f this mouse at $35 was an absolute steal!!!

Had my G502 for almost 5 years and decided to get an upgrade to have 2 so I can play on my laptop. Still a good mouse especially for games like Fortnite and Apex Legends. Highly recommend for the button customization for those types of games!

Great mouse while it lasted. The left mouse button started dying after 8 months and upon googling it seems like that's a common issue due to hardware, which is sad since I did enjoy using the mouse. I got this on sale and I would recommend it for the price, but I'd find something nicer if you are looking at paying full price.

I am an IT professional and have gamed on PC since 2003. I will explain to you why this seemingly glorious mouse deserves a 1-star rating. I have been using Logitech mice since 2009. Nowadays, the G502 retail price will sometimes increase to nearly $100.00. This is not a cheap mouse. Logitech G Hub, the configuration software, is bloated, annoying and invasive. It bugs you to create an account and always wants to run in the background. It also purposely makes using the mouse's internal memory a hassle. The internal memory allows the mouse's button mappings, DPI settings and macros to retain without software running in the background. See the pattern here? I do believe that Logitech tries to data mine with Logitech G Hub, which explains the arbitrary neutering of some features and the seemingly forced sign-up process. After just a few months, the mouse developed an issue where left-click would release even when it was held down. I have never encountered this issue with any mouse before. I was able to reproduce this issue on another computer which had a fresh Windows installation (zero installed programs). I ensured the mouse firmware was up to date. Soon after that issue started, the sensor would randomly spaz out, causing my aim to sporadically flick up to the sky. That is when I decided to use my back-up mouse and contact Logitech support. While it was under warranty, I contacted Logitech and they sent me a list of troubleshooting tasks to fulfill. The last thing on the list is to "try on another computer" which partially defeats the purpose of some prior software-based troubleshooting steps. After confirming that I performed all the tasks on the list, I was then given the opportunity to provide EVIDENCE that there was an issue with the mouse. I was asked to provide a VIDEO of the issue. This would require that I set up a camera which has both my game and the mouse in frame, constantly recording while I play until I capture the moment that the issue occurs, then editing the moment out so that I can send it. The obvious hurdles laid out by these customer service practices and the software design have two purposes: 1) Retain initial profits by placing unnecessary burdens on the customer, in order to reduce the number of returns, and 2) to collect data on the user by forcing them to keep the software installed and running on their system while connected to a Logitech account. Because cannot stand behind their products, I have since purchased a Steelseries Rival 600 which I believe to be a superior product. Hopefully Steelseries will follow through in case the new mouse decides to go the way of the Logitech G502.

The most useful feature of this mouse are the macros, as a programmer this mouse save a lot of time to me, just adding simple commands like copy and paste to the buttons is so good.

This mouse is very nice. I am primarily an adventure gamer along with some rpg's and this mouse is perfect for my needs. The weights are great and help to precisely move about the screen. So much better than my old mouse :D

An impressive mouse with a flaw.

This is an impressive mouse and is all ruined by a not well designed wheel, this wheel has two settings the smooth scrolling and the step scrolling both functions has his own downside, smooth was making my weapon switch by itself in games because by the minimum movement the wheel activates, and the step scrolling (the setting I always use) was not working for me because the not well designed wheel surface, instead of putting a rubber they decided to use a hard plastic, when you try to scroll, your finger don't turn the wheel, it just slide trough specially when is dry. I returned it to the store the 3rd day. Beside this flaw, the mouse is perfect, the buttons are very well placed and everything work as suppose to. The sensor is one of the best in the market, definitely I will buy the same model again if they fix this malfunctioning wheel.

    SLICK MOUSE-WHEEL

DIFFERENT SHAPE THAN MY LAST LOGITECH GAMING MOUSE. I HAVE VERY LARGE HANDS AND ORDERED THIS MOUSE AS IT WAS RECOMMENDED. THE FORMER MOUSE WAS WIDER IN THE BACK WHICH I PREFER. THIS IS A CARPAL TUNNEL TOOL. PLUS THE WHEEL IS TOO SLICK AND THE MOUSE SPEED BUTTON IS TRIGGERED WHENEVER I TOUCH THE WHEEL JUST TO MAKE MY LIFE MORE DIFFICULT.
