    The scroller is way too sensitive for my job. Unable to navigate medical imaging software properly. Had to switch to a standard gaming mouse of this brand.

      Hello BBcustomer! I'm sorry to hear the G502's scroll wheel was too sensitive for you. The G502 does have an option to switch between two different scrolling options, free scrolling and ratcheted.     My first G502 Hero got a double click issue, like the mouse would left click multiple times during one stroke. It would do it on any computer I connected the mouse to. I contacted support, they requested video proof that the mouse was doing it, I provided it, they sent me a replacement. Then after 3 months THE REPLACEMENT mouse started double clicking. I'm so fed up with this garbage company.

    After 4 months of light use, I can no longer right click consistently. aka i cant aim in in any fps. Without this issue though, this mouse would have been a 5 star.
