    Not even 3 months after purchase and it’s dead. Tried returning to Best Buy and I have to contact the manufacturer directly. Lesson learned - buy the extended warranty through Best Buy.

    Good mouse, but wasnt as expected. It has a loose mouse wheel option which is tok sensitive and a regular mouse wheel which requires a little too much force to scroll

    The complex plastic shapes attract dirt, and the left and right mouse buttons fail far quicker than is appropriate for a mouse. G Hub software is annoying and overly complex.

The great thing about the G502 is that it does come with a 2-year limited hardware warranty because Logitech takes pride in the products and services we offer and we want you---our customers---to enjoy them just as much as we do.     I had the original non SE version for a long time so i decided to try the SE version. It was a little cheaper and it feels a little less expensive. More plastic and less metal feeling. Still a great gaming mouse.

    I've loved my G502 ever since I first laid my hand on it. However, after only 3 months the mouse starts having difficulties registering me holding down the left mouse button ( essentially my gun would stop firing mid-spray) It would appear that I'm not the only one with this issue after searching and please just be aware that this issue exists and happens to many people. Other defects include the roller giving out after a few months of use and etc.
