    so i got the mouse and everything was fine with it except they either dropped the box they gave me one to many time or something because the optical sensor on the mouse if messed up it works but if im using the mouse to game my cursor will stop moving and the only way to fix it is to unplug it ive tried to clean the the sensor on the button with no luck

      Hey there Jake, I'm sorry to hear that your G502 started to double click. In the future, if you have this issue again, try blowing out the inside of the mouse with a can of compressed air, as a buildup of dust and dirt on the switches inside the mouse can cause this problem. In addition, try navigating to your computers double click sensitivity and tweaking that.
