    Ok for the price. Rolly wheel is a bit stiff. Otherwise good.

    So far so good. Haven't really tried it much with games, but it feels good and has lots of programmable buttons.

    I have been use Logitech mouse 20 years, bought 4 of G502 Hero within 3 years get one emplacement because double click. Now, 3 of 5 are having double click issues after out of warranty. I don't use this mouse for gaming but I am worrier double sale or buy on the market now.

    Upset with Logitech quality control

    Left click stopped working after less than 1 year. Very common problem with this mouse as many others are on forums talking about left click issues. On mine, you must have your finger on edge of the button and use excessive pressure to keep left click working correctly, especially when clicking and holding down the left button.

    The application app won't open so you can't customize the mouse. Other than that it's good.

      Hey there Reenee, I'm sorry to hear that you had some issues with your G502. In regards to the software, I would recommend fully deleting all files associated with GHub to make sure it wasn't installed improperly, then try reinstalling it. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

    Died after 3 1/2 weeks. Best Buy would not exchange! I will remember that the next time I need something you sell.

      Hi DoorDash, I'm sorry that you are experiencing some click malfunctions on the G502. You can spray compressed air into the slots between the left and right click to clean the area, that will sometimes fix the issue. Logitech has a 2 year limited hardware warranty on this mouse.     G-Hub software to enable features is garbage

    The big problem with this mouse is the G-Hub software to enable its features. It is very buggy and unreliable. All my button programming mysteriously disappeared. If you have problems you cannot uninstall it from Windows 10. I needed to go to safe mode and manually delete all the files. Recommend against Logitech mouse.
