    Purchased July 7th, 2020. - Already not working. Right click doesn't hold. I thought it was kind of odd that the mouse wheel has much wobble as it does too. This mouse was recommended to me by a friend. Not impressed and didn't last long at all. Imagine the frustration when trying to ADS and getting constant scope in and out's during matches. It's not fun. The problem has gotten significantly worse over the past few days.

      Hello customer, I'm sorry to hear that you've been having some issues with your G502 HERO mouse. It sounds to me like you're having a double click issue. First, try cleaning both the clicks with a can of compressed air, as sometimes the issue can be that dirt or dust has accumulated around the switch inside the mouse. Second, try going into your settings on your computer and adjusting double click sensitivity, as that can also solve the problem.

    Won’t connect to the ghub on my computer to change the mapping and it’s a big pain to get it to work to the point it’s not worth it

      Hey there Hunt, and I apologize for the issues you've been having with the mouse. It sounds like GHub may not have installed properly, so I would recommend fully uninstalling and reinstalling the software to make sure that's not the issue. If you have any profiles for other devices, make sure you back those up so you don't lose them.

    nice mouse until clicking issue started in about 4 weeks of constant use. currently filed a claim with logitech. pending process.

      Hello mouseuser! I'm happy to hear that, overall, you're enjoying the G502 SE! While you're waiting, I would recommend trying some of these troubleshooting tips, if you haven't tried them already. If you have multiple devices plugged into the computer, isolate the issue by temporarily removing other USB devices on the computer and test the device. Prefer using USB 2.0 rather than USB 3.0 ports. Adjust double-click sensitivity in the Mouse Properties > Buttons tab > Double-click speed (In Mac OS X: System Preferences > Mouse > Double-Click Speed) Tick the "Double-click to open an item" in the Folder Options section of Windows Swap the primary and secondary click function for testing (For Windows: Mouse Properties > Buttons tab > Button Configuration | For Mac: System Preferences > Mouse > Primary Mouse Button). Clean the left-click button with a compressed can of air. Test the button on several programs, browser and application and check if issue is consistent.     Logitech is no longer a mouse company. 4th model in a year that feels great and clicks perfectly but there is a delay or no click registration. Crappy switches all around. I have this problem with Logitech's that have custom software or nothing at all. Going to try to salvage 5 of these paper weights and Geek Squad replace and Craigslist my latest one.
