    The Perfect Gaming Mouse!

The Logitech G502 HERO is the best gaming mouse I have used to date. It is quality built and feels great in my hand. This hardwired mouse is precise with its 16000 dpi sensor. I have tried it playing Overwatch and PUBG with fantastic results. It has RGB, 11 programable buttons which all of feel satisfying to click. It also comes with weights you can use to balance your mouse to your liking and a small case to keep those weights when not in use. The scroll wheel can even be adjusted to the resistance you like when scrolling, Logitech really thought of everything with this gaming mouse. The G502 HERO has met all expectations for a gaming mouse and I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a gaming mouse.

Had to replace my OG. Left click sounds different and front left DPI shift buttton sticks. Looks like the quality control has gone down since they started making em.

I really like this mouse! It's very comfortable for my hand and very customizable of course. Being able to add additional weights is a great feature. some of the buttons are very hard to reach due to my hand being small. The software is user friendly and easy to follow. I found there were more easy shortcuts/quick keys than I expected, for example, copy, paste, cut, undo. The trick for me will be remembering these are there and which button holds which shortcut. The reaction time is incredibly fast! it can be adjusted to slow, but I personally like where it's at. it takes a very small hand movement to move across my 3 screens. Overall I think people will be very pleased owning this mouse.

It’s a good mouse and fits my hand nicely. But at times the sensor doesn’t read where I’m moving it and kind of glitches. As well I longed into the website and most of the side buttons still do not work

Logitech, Sad, sad so maddeningly sad and frustrating that what was a great mouse for a great price is now about to be thrown thru the wall. Buyer beware of the upgraded G502 Hero. Bought my son the G502 a couple of years ago now and it's flawless. He loves it and it was why I bought one too, 11 months ago. The Hero SE was available so I got it. Loved it for 9 months, until the Left mouse button began acting up. Thought it was me at first but then realized that it now double clicks almost every time I click it. When you use it for work, not gaming this is not acceptable and infuriating and not very productive. Can't click and drag anything, from just moving something from one screen to the other and don't even get me started on using Excel, which is unfortunately one of my primary programs I use for work. Maybe I'll try to find someone who plays Minecraft as it will probably be the only use for it. That is if I can avoid throwing it against a wall in that time.

Hi, I'm sorry that your G502 succumbed to double clicking after 9 months of use. You can file a warranty claim at support.logi.com for the double click. A representative can help you with seeing if the G502 falls within the warranty claim coverage. I'm happy that during the time before it started to fail that you enjoyed the use of it. Logitech offers the MX Master 3 that would give you similar controls for usage with in Excel and other productivity applications. You can customize it with Logitech Options similar to the use of the G502 with GHub customizing features. I hope you find a solution that meets your office needs. Thanks for being a Logitech customer. Kristi from Logitech

Hello whateveritmaybe! We're sorry to hear the G502 HERO SE isn't working out for you. For the scroll wheel, however, the button under the scroll wheel will switch between free scrolling (the one that just keeps rolling) and ratcheted scrolling (a more precise scrolling that you will feel in the wheel). I would recommend reaching out to our support team here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000621393 if you continue to have issues. We really appreciate the feedback! If you're looking for a "gaming" mouse that you can have some customization with, look no further. This mouse is almost the total package. It has really good custom settings that you can tweak to your liking for DPI, a good number of extra buttons, and weights (small weights) that you can place on the bottom (it has a cover) that you can put in and take out easily. It also has RGB (and plenty of the colors in-between), which goes well with my custom PC and keyboard. While I've been having a blast using this mouse in a variety of games, the only thing that I don't like about this mouse is the feel of it when it's in my hand. I have a big hand, and this mouse is definitely taking me some time to get use to compared to my previous mouse (same brand). I wish it had a little bit of a better feel to it, so I'd recommend checking this out at Best Buy first to see if it's to your liking, "feel-wise." Overall, a good product and I'm happy with it.

We apologize for the troublesome experience you had with the G502 Hero Mouse. Kindly try plugging the device into a different USB port on your computer. If possible, don't use a USB hub or other similar device and update the device's firmware on GHub. Also, test the device on a different computer and check if that helps. If the issue persists, reach out to Logi G Support for further assistance.

A good mouse ruined by cheap switches. Logitech's switches have been going down in quality over the past few years, even though they're supposed to be rated for an insanely high number of clicks. My husband has now gone through 7 or 8 mice in the past year, including 3 of these, because the switches just fail prematurely and cause random double-clicks. He's not rough on his mice; I'm far more abusive with my gaming clicks than he is, and I've had my mouse (same model) for over 3 years now.
