I have shaky hands (old people thing). Adding the extra 18g of weights really helps keep the mouse steady. TY Logitech!

The mouse had a very easy setup, it was very simple to connect and use right away. There are plenty of buttons to assign options and the optical aspect is very responsive and easy to maneuver. It's a very nice addition to any gamer that wishes to step up their game without breaking the bank.

Kudos to best buy on speedy delivery even during the holidays. This is one the best mouse out there right now. Options for customization, dps amongst other things is awesome.

Had it for 5 years almost and the only problem ive had is the mouse wheel broke on me so it clicks when scrolling. (I was being a little to roigh on it so thats my fault not the mouses)

great and love the colors. I do drafting on computers and find the gaming type mouse works best.

I own a G502 Spectrum and love everything about it aside from the weight. When it came time to buy a second mouse for the household I tried other options because I felt like I wanted a lighter mouse. (SteelSeries Rival 310, Logitech G305, and the Logitech G403). None of them fit my hands well. I decided to stop messing around and picked up the G502 Hero. It fits like a glove and the buttons are all where I can easily reach them. I like the updated braided cord as it is thinner and less rigid than the one on the G502 Spectrum, but otherwise there aren't a lot of differences. For reference, my hands are 20cm by 10.5cm

This mouse is amazing!!!!!! Once I programmed the buttons it went time. The included weights were great. I was able to adjust response time and oh yeah. Go get this mouse now.

*THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH QUALITY OF THIS MOUSE OR THE QUALITY OF BEST BUY, BEST BUY RULES* but I, truly, with every bone in my entire being, am appalled with Logitechs customer service. The mouse is of great quality I was super pleased with the feel and the haptic feedback from the mouse clicks and the thumb buttons, it's awesome. The adjustable weights in the bottom??? This mouse is living in 2045! I purchased it for gaming on my laptop which is a MacBook (gross, I know. pc is on the way), but the software wasn't compatible with Big Sur, the new Mac OS, which is fine but in order for me to figure all of this out I had to do all of the research by myself. You might be thinking "eww what a brat" but I'm dumb so it took forever and ever and ever. I was sitting on a live chat with Logitech AFTER a person connected for about 20 minutes waiting for "Kim. G" to say something which she never did, then I called them and I was waiting in a queue for well over 30 minutes (obviously with covid wait times are extended I get it but 30 minutes??), then when they finally did answer the girl could barely speak English and was really just trying to get me off of the phone. She sent me steps to resolve the issue and the steps were for Windows 10 troubleshooting????? She never even asked what operating system I was using, and that should be the absolute first question asked. Idk, very unprofessional all round. Again, the product is nice, don't get this twisted the mouse is definitely quality, but don't buy it if you're a tech dummy like me that relies on tech support, because unfortunately you won't receive any tech support.

Fits my hand and is highly adjustable. The adjustable weights are perfect.
