    I got some sensor problems the first day that I bought it. I did some research and that is the most common problem in this model. Is a shame because I really love the mouse.

    Not even 3 months after purchase and it’s dead. Tried returning to Best Buy and I have to contact the manufacturer directly. Lesson learned - buy the extended warranty through Best Buy.

    I had to return the first one. Button 5 would not work, tried updating, didn't help. Overall a good mouse, I've use the 502 series for a few years.

    This is a good gaming mouse. I am having some issues where the settings are reset and I have to cycle through the profiles or open up the software to get my settings back.
