I love this mouse but the clicking issues are horrible. Only lasted a year. I already had 2 of them and both had the same issues. Logitech need to fix this. This is definitely a design flaw. Do not suffer like me and buy a Razer Basilisk v2 with optical switches.

Really getting sick of Logitech. I have gone through multiple g502's. Literally just the bottom feet that fade away. Embarrassing. Might as well get a trackball at this point. And Logitech's support is just atrocious. The only good thing Logitech makes is their flight simulator gear and their car simulator gear. So pathetic. Software always covers over the crappy hardware. And to be honest, it does a good job of it. I use to be a huge Logitech fan. I also used to be a huge razer fan. Also used to be a huge corsair fan. Until they all started sucking. Now the only good brand is steel series. Guess I am going to have to go with them!!

I had this mouse for a week but then I returned it due to not fitting my hands properly. Also the mouse feels cheap for some reason when I'm holding it. I really wanted to love this gaming mouse but I guess it just wasn't for me. Overall I think for $30 it gives really good value.

I’ve had this mouse for almost a year. It’s treated me pretty good until lately the mouse will random stop tracking and you have to almost lift it up and shake it. Recommend if on a budget and don’t want to spend more than $50 (mine was in sale at the time)

Left mouse click issues after five months of use

Purchased on January 14, 2021, and now left mouse click is inconsistent. Left click works two out of three times at best. Very frustrating to have the main function not be reliable. In process of contacting Logitech for a warranty claim.

Unfortunately, the left click button for this mouse is defective as others say, drag and drop became so frustrating with this mouse. All its features worth nothing while having this problem.

Left and right click buttons failed in less than a year. It phantom presses and irregular intervals. Side to side motions feel weird and the middle click is hard to use. Good mouse overall while it lasted. Spend money on a better mouse.

    Clicking and DPI Issues

I bought 3 of these when they were sale. All 3 have the same problem with random left double clicks and loss of click when dragging windows, icons or files. On 3 occasions, I experienced ghost clicking (the mouse clicks by itself) and opened hundreds of browser windows. Also, the mouse would reset itself to the default DPI setting. Keep in mind this occurred on 3 different devices on 3 different computers. Very frustrating and not what I've come to expect from a Logitech mouse. I've come to the point where I'm not sure I will buy another Logitech mouse and have decided I will never buy this model again. The G502 I own does not have the issues I'm experiencing with the SE model.

Hello customer, I'm sorry to hear that you've been having some issues with your G502. For the double clicking issue, if you navigate to our support site, you can find instruction on how to clean the left click of the mouse, which can sometimes solve the issue. For DPI, I would recommend you download our GHub software, which will allow you to customize different settings on the mouse, including the DPI, and save the settings to the mouse's on board memory, meaning even if something happens to your profile, the mouse still has it saved.

Works okay. The roller ball doesn't always sense every time you go up or down, so sometimes you need to go a few clicks before it responds, then it'll go multiple scrolls & you'll have to go back the other way to get where you wanted to be.

I got this mouse to use while playing Ghost Recon Breakpoint, and I've noticed that it would be a little more ergonomically friendly if my hand has a little larger or the mouse was shorter in overall length to easier reach the further forward buttons on the side.
