Very good mouse. Always dependable and cheap to replace if anything goes wrong with the click buttons. Every other part is very dependable and long lasting. I've had three the past 5 years and will always come back for another one.

The mouse works really well, the refresh rate is good however for use on xbox it is a bit of a pain. The software for Logitech on Mac took a couple of days to make work to program the buttons. The buttons have to be programmed to keys through the software or else the mouse won’t work properly. On xbox you have to program the mouse and enable mouse memory to use the mouse with keys with UIOPJKLM which is away from WASD.

Great mouse, tried the wireless version, had some delay latency. Went with wired version, very happy with it. Added weight allows you to have mouse weight at your personal preference. Great value with recycle trade-in (20%) off of Logitech accessories

I've been using the G502 Hero for about a month now and I love it. Lots of programmable buttons and all well placed. Sleek design and feels like a quality product. I use it for PC gaming and it's absolutely perfect. The ONLY thing I wish could be different was if there was a wireless version of this mouse. However, that's not an issue with the mouse, just me being greedy. Highly recommend!

Yes this mouse is wired, no it is not super light so if that is what you are looking for look elsewhere. Software is good, mouse sensor is good. This mouse does feel good in the hand

The mouse is very accurate. The rgb is great The feel is on par. The weight is adjustable by adding weights.

I’ve had this gaming mouse for about a year and a half exactly and have had zero problems the adjustable weights are a nice touch as well as the extra programmable thumb buttons too it’s a smooth and highly reliable mouse and I would definitely recommend to friends

Logitech has been slowly rising to the top of the gaming world in my book. I’ve noticed their attention to detail is amazing. Word of advice, dont throw all the weights in at once, put a few in trial and error. The scroll wheel is super smooth and will catch you off gaurd when you first use it.

The feel of the scroll wheel click is why i keep getting this mouse. I play battlefield alot, and i like to use the scroll wheel to change weapons. The click gives me the confidence that i am scrolling in exact increments. A little disappointed that the cable is no longer braided like the previous version though.

Mind you, I've never really owned a nice mouse. So, I don't have much to compare it to, but this is a really nice mouse. Don't know if I'll ever get around to gaming with it though. Nice long braided cord. Smooth wheel. I wear a L/XL men's glove and it feels good, maybe a little small. Only fault I can find so far is when engaging the dual mode wheel to single click mode it could be smoother with slightly less resistance.
