G502 Proteus to HERO

The G502 HERO was an obvious choice to pick up. My only concern about it is that the HERO has a regular plastic wire cord, unlike the Proteus Core's braided cloth cable. Still, that's just a minor thing and the G502 feels just as solid and responsive as ever.

For the excellent price and wired I think this will be my mouse for the next decade. Logitech makes good quality and this is no exception. It was light at first compared to other mice I have had in the past. But this one also includes weights to insert. Overall 5 stars

I needed a replacement immediately as the mouse I was using started phantom clicking every time I used it. My only complaint is it's a bit narrow for my hands, but I got it on a $40 sale, so I'll stick with it

Good game mouse

It didn't perform as well as I had hoped for the game i bought it for, but I honestly need a joystick for it. Overall, though, this mouse fits nice in the hands and has many functions that put it in the rank of the best mouses that ive ever bought. Oh, i love the lightning functions as well!

I was a little annoyed at the lack of a bit more distance between the top and bottom buttons on the thumb side as I kept triggering top ones when gaming, but if that's an issue, just un-assign those buttons unless you have slimmer thumbs. lol

Perfect for anything and good price

Totally overkill for an office setting but it is comfortable and I like how the scroll wheel unlocks and can scroll through webpages and documents quickly. I have the wireless one at home and for $45, which is what I bought it at, I don't see why you would get any other mouse.

DPI can change with button setting on mouse, makes fps games easier.. slow for sniping and one click have it flickable for fast paced. Overall worth purchase.

good mouse, just heavy

It is true that the G502 is a bit more on the heavier side of our lineup of Gaming products, but have you looked up if any weights were already inside the mouse maybe? Just open up the cover under the mouse to see if any are present, as you can adjust the weight to your desire. Worth Every Single Penny!

I have huge hands, and this is by far the most comfortable mouse I've used. The lighting options are limited, but are still pretty good as it comes with the Logitech ecosystem. You can switch up how heavy you want the mouse with the extra weights provided. The macros are amazing. I have a few macros assigned for discord and a few other programs. The infinity scroll is also amazing and if it's your first time seeing it, you're going to fall in love; as you can always use a traditional 'clicky mouse' as well. I loved it so much that I convinced my brother to get one as well. The only mouse that's better than this in his opinion is the g502 lightspeed. The software and hardware are both amazing, and I definitely would recommend!
