I had one that the software didn’t recognize and the right click was not clicking. I have owned one of these before and it is a great mouse. Heavy. But a good mouse to get started on. I understand that lemons happen so that hasn’t tainted my thoughts on this mouse. Trust me. Get it.

Love this mouse. Had a razer and it started crapping out on me. I wanted to go with the G502 Wireless but I always leave my mouse plugged in so I didn’t want to spend the extra $100 for wireless. To my knowledge this mouse is the exact same as the wireless and it’s awesome. 5 buttons on the side allows for tons of hot keys, plus the wheel has a switch for free or locked which is awesome. And Logitech has some awesome software to program the mouse to your liking. Will definitely continue buying Logitech’s accessories. They are the best in my opinion.

The mouse works perfectly as intended. Both myself and my boyfriend use this mouse, but neither of us are competitive gamers. He uses it to play Final Fantasy XIV and I use it for other games on the laptop. It's small enough to fit in his hands where he can reach all of the buttons and still have control, yet large enough that my hands don't fully eclipse it and I can still palm it. It comes with small weights that don't really affect it enough for me to tell, but I'm not a good judge of weight.

For the price, it works great for me. Both my son and I have one. It's not complicated with too many buttons. It's just right and responsive enough for my style of gaming. My son likes his too. I would buy it again.

I was looking for a short-term replacement for my G500 and this was the closest to it I could find. I have used it exclusively from the day I purchased it. I have fixed my G500 but have chosen to stay with the G502 as the mouse pad I have never really played well with the laser. I don't think I will ever give up my G500 and now the G502. I have wasted $500 plus on other mice that never really work well or just don't last that long. The weight placement can be tweaked for the right feel, foot, or head weight and how heavy it is.

Great gaming mouse and very responsive. I really like the weights you can put into the mouse. 11 buttons makes this mouse awesome!

mouse functions as its supposed to, the only problem is I have a large hand and standard sized mice just feel too small to me. Otherwise an excellent product.

The software can be a bit tricky to figure out, but the mouse is a dream once you understand it. The catch or release scroll is an awesome design!

I like it. I dont really enjoy the wireless ones just not a fan. This one I just plug and play. I'm nit a hard core gamer but its great for the games I play also I like the weights that you can pit in or remove if you like.

I need a weighted mouse and this is one of the best options for that.

Fits in hand well has weights to add for different feels has rgb colors great reactive mouse for gaming highly recommend.
