After the first year and a half I was having double clicking issues with the right click. Which is apparently common with Logitech mice. Now with it nearly being 3 years the double clicking is much worse, and even the left click is not registering all clicks. About 1 year in I had to replace the skates as the OEMs were peeling up and scratching my mouse pad. Luckily skates are cheap on amazon and the replacements were higher quality and glided better. Overall disappointed by the the quality of the g502 Hero. I loved the functionality of it and if not for the subpar quality it'd 5 star the mouse. Everything aside from the quality I love about the g502 Hero. I'd still recommend the mouse and the protection plan with it. Hope for the best and take advantage of the protection plan as soon as issues occur, if necessary.

Pros- Hero Sensor Hyperscroll wheel Good Rgb White and black looks so nice. Con- Beware that the dpi buttons are pretty close to the left click button. Software is ok.

So far this mouse has been very good in comfort and function, but it has one small annoyance for me; the scroll wheel feels too slippery on the finger when in click mode. I will try to 'roughen-up' the wheel with something like a file to reduce the slipperiness. Because of this I give it only 4.5 stars.

Brand new to PC gaming when I bought this mouse. It was suggested by a friend. Really like how it feels and the extra thumb buttons are a nice touch.

This is my second time buying this mouse. It is great for the price, and I love its adjustable weights. It is relatively simple to set up with the Logitec software though I cant help but feel that It doesn't come with the same software benefits as other Logetic mice.

I have 2 of these mice. It is a great quality product. It fits my hand very comfortably. I use it for work, and not for gaming. Great product at a great price!

I got this item on sale for $50 and i must say it is definitely worth it. I play COD and it definitely made a difference in my gameplay. Only thing i wish it had is for the placement of the thumb buttons. It took a few days to get used to not pressing it on accident.

This mouse is pretty smooth when it comes to gaming, sensitive enough for quick clicks. I wouid recommend this product for begginers to dialy gaming

Logitech’s best. I never invest in wireless keyboards or mice so this is the best wired mouse money can buy. It has the HERO sensor which allows you to push the dpi as high as 24,000 with the new firmware update. Extremely pleased with the purchase.

I bought this mouse on sale for my avid teen gamer. It is a definite hit! He said this is by far the best gaming mouse he has owned. The main feedback was "it fits in my hand perfectly and is so smooth." I'm not a gamer myself, but I would definitely purchase again for my other son.

This mouse is amazing in every single way. The scroll and buttons are amazing. Its a bit heavy but I got used to it quite fast. Overall I love it

Great mouse with a lot of buttons. Coming from a controller to this it just feels good to use. Long gaming sessions don't make my hands hurt while using this.
