It's a slight improvement on the 400 series, has some added flair with 2 colors, and weights that can be added/adjusted to give it the exact feel that you want. using it right now

My son loves that you can program the functionality of the buttons. Only drawback is the wire, but didn't want to spend twice the money for the wireless version.

I had a logitech G603 wireless but since I moved my tower, I was losing signal so I and batteries dying while trying to land a star ship sucked. So I wanted a wireless mouse. It puts up with daily use for hours. Very responsive, buttons are high quality, and long cable.

They feel a little better on the Hero. My son is still using the g502 from 2017 so it’s a great value!

I like the selection of buttons. Bad: Need to install Logitech software to turn off the light behind the G. It's a hassle to make that work on linux. The sensitivity button is too easy to hit. It looks a bit goofy.

I accidentally hit a lot of buttons with my thumb due to the small form factor, but all in all, it is a great mouse.
