You cannot click and drag to highlight/move items, the mouse double clicks on its own with one press of the left key. Plenty of online tutorials on YouTube showing you how to resolder the board to repair it, have done it twice.

You can add the supplied weights to make it heavier. The software allows for tons of DIP, button and RGB changes. I would recommend this mouse.
