Great mouse! I use for gaming and it's super confortable.

The mice is great and the weights are useful and very adjustable but the only problems I've experienced is that the 3 slits of light on the left side don't work (at least for me) and the scroll wheel when unlocked (by pressing the front middle macro button), slight movements in the mouse would cause it to scroll on it's own. It took me a while to realize I had to lock the scroll wheel before viewing a page because the screen would just have a seizure running up and down just by slightly swiping the mouse left and right.

Best gaming mouse on the market in my honest opinion.

Much better options. This mouse would be amazing for finger grippers but palm grippers will find it feels awkward and fatiguing after about an hour. Hinders my overall performance and wouldn't recommend for people who grip with their entire palm.

honestly do not recall exactly why I returned it, but I went with a wireless instead which seems to be working much better as I still use it. Go with wireless

Logitech is a brand of electronics I consistently gravitate to and it is among those I feel confident recommending to others. And this Logitech G502 HERO Gaming Mouse is most assuredly worth considering if you are a gamer. By downloading Logitech’s Gaming Software, you can customize 11 programmable buttons for more personalized control, to fit whatever types of games you play. You are also able to assign fun lighting to your mouse. Included with this Logitech G502 HERO Gaming Mouse are five weights which you can use to adjust the weight, balance and overall feel of the mouse to fit your own personal preference and play style. The outer surface of the mouse itself was a nice matte finish, making for a pleasant tactile feel when cradled in my hand, and giving me a more secure grip during gameplay. Along with the (right-handed) thumb rest being more of a rubberized pebbled texture. Another notable feature was the attached usb cord. As with many of the “better” computer mice out there, the G502 HERO’s cord is a kind of woven thread, providing for a seemingly stronger cord, less likely to bend or kink over time. Moving the mouse around, both on a mousepad and without one, during normal use with my laptop, as well as, during extensive gaming sessions, proved to be a precision, lag-free experience. And the scroll wheel turned as smooth as silk. So impressive! The size of this gaming mouse, however, was a bit too large to comfortably fit my smaller hand. Please keep this in mind, and if you are thinking to get this particular mouse, it would be beneficial to test it out in-store beforehand, if possible. Just as an aside - Something I’m finding with more and more products, most specifically, electronics, is the tendency to not include much in the way of printed instructions (as with this item). While encouraging consumers to go directly to whatever company’s website and their support page, having to research basic info right from the get-go, sorta rubs me the wrong way. However, that being said, having access to this online material is definitely a helpful resource. And Logitech’s product information and support guides, are easy to navigate and useful for finding the support you need. All in all, I can certainly recommend this Logitech G502 HERO Gaming Mouse for any and all gamers, no matter the game you’re playing. The cost of this mouse is certainly worth what you’re getting, comparable to similar gaming mice in the same price range from other well-known brands.
