I haven't owned this mouse for to long but so far, it Works good.

This is one of the best! I've been using this for a while and got it for my nephew. It's been a solid choice.

A good gaming mouse but wish that Logitech would make the keys more durable. I own 33 of these because I wear out the left button. I wish Microsoft still made the Sidewinder mouse.

havent had many mice but i enjoy this one. although i dont game with it as much as i program. the side buttons make good copy paste hotkeys.

Bought this for my 14 year old and he totally loves it. He's pretty adept at gaming and chose this mouse specifically. It has several programable buttons and, according to him, performs a little more seamlessly than the wireless version.

I'm not a serious gamer, but did my research before buying. The look and feel of the mouse is nice. Onboard memory is a nice feature if you need different configurations.

I bought this for a new gaming laptop I have. This mouse is so smooth. It looks cool too. I suggest buying anything that bestbuy sells from the products original company because bestbuy sometimes jacks prices up and thier return policy sucks.

Software makes this mouse unusable for me. To be clear the hardware is fine, but after the most recent updates the side buttons, which I map to movement in my games, have 3 to 5 second input delay. You can just google g502 hero side button delay, and you will see I am not the only one. As this was my go to mouse I had even bought spares and can confirm it is indeed not the hardware. I used to have a download of g hub from mid 2023, unfortunately my g hub updated, and the mouse is once again unresponsive and unusable for me. I am sad to say I will be forced to buy a mouse from a different brand, as I cannot buy a logitech mouse until they fix the software it uses.... I was hoping to hold out for a fix, but this has persisted for months, with multiple updates not addressing the issue.

I know the mouse doesn’t make the gamer but this mouse had me feeling different. I was dropping a lot more kills than I normally do with this mouse right out of the box. I would highly recommend

Love the metal mouse wheel for web browsing. Mouse sensor is very good too.

great gaming mouse. good control. nice lighting. This is the second mouse like this I've purchased. The first was about 3 years ago and I've been pretty rough on it, carrying it in my backpack whenever I take my laptop anywhere.

Great mouse love the feel and its very very reliable for gaming.

I use a mouse 16 hours a day 7 days a week. I go though mouses pretty frequently. This is a very good mouse but logitech have made it virtually impossible to easily open it to clean it. As I couldn't get it open, I had to buy a new one. Other that that and maybe heavier weights to put in it, it's a great mouse.
