I had the mouse set to use screen sampling for the RGB and it almost never worked. Nearly everytime booting up my PC, I would have to reset the application if I wanted the rgb to work properly. Today, same issue went to restart the application, but I noticed a firmware update for the mouse, I clicked yes and did not unplug the mouse or power off my PC. Next thing I know I got an error that the update failed and my mouse began blinking. LG hub wouldn't recognize the mouse, and it the mouse stopped working entirely - there's no factory reset that I can do. Save yourself the headache and money, buy a mouse from a better brand.

What a game changer. Precision n accuracy are there. I like how the mouse is big n tall, help me grip n not loose the mouse during game play. If you like flatness then this is not the mouse for you. A lot of button which will be useful in game.

This mouse would be amazing for finger grippers but palm grippers will find it feels awkward and fatiguing after about an hour. Hinders my overall performance and wouldn't recommend for people who grip with their entire palm.

I've owned it for about 6 months and that's when the clicking issues started. It varied between the single-click doing a double-click or the single-click acting like I was holding down the mouse button. Very frustrating in games! Normally, I expect these things to happen with gaming devices especially mice since their utilized more in gaming (click, click, click, etc), but it's the Logitech support that disappointed me, Sure, it says it has a 3 year warranty, but they wouldn't honor it even after I emailed them my receipt and explained the problem. Purchased a Corsair mouse to replace this one since I've dealt with Corsair's support in the past and it's been nothing, but stellar service.

Excellent quality mouse

All buttons are easily accessible (except G7 & G9 as per my taste). Highly customizable thanks to Logitech G hub. Suits perfectly to all gaming and productivity needs. My only complaint is scroll wheel is way too smooth or way too stiff, there is no in-between. Also if mouse would be a little higher from the backside (palm rest area) it would be much more comfortable for long usage.

The Logitech G hub software allows for macros customization that saves time and gives you an edge for certain games. The one drawback is the weight. Its a bit heavy for FPS games. I would recommend going with something in the g400 series instead.
