All the buttons have a very nice click feel so you know if you hit it or not. I have smaller hands and wanted to make sure I could reach all the buttons without too much strain and this mouse deffinately delivers. My only complaint is that you can't just turn the buttons off and set them to what you want in a game. I had to move things around to fit the pre set options in the LG program to what I want.
