    I think its a good mouse but the one I purchased has a wheel that is out of balance. When the wheel is turned to scroll and you stop and take you finger off the wheel it will roll up or down on its own for a quarter turn.

    Its a nice mouse. I like it but i cant assign a few of the extra buttons in game. But fits great and looks great.

    Everything started good, till I started having an issue where the mouse would not click and drag. It would randomly release even though the button would still be down. This somewhere between 6-9 months, Logitech refused to do anything because the serial number sticker that was on the cable was not in place. So I now have a nightsword.

      Hello Taniel, So sorry to hear about the issue you're having with the G502 HERO Wired Gaming Mouse. If you haven't done so already, I highly suggest that you download the G Hub software which will do two things for you. First, it will alert you to any needed firmware updates which could alleviate the performance of the button as you click and drag. Second, G Hub will also allow you to customize settings and map buttons to your liking. Here is the link for the download https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025298133 all you have to do is choose the platform, PC or Mac that you're using your G502 with.     The G502 is an ok gaming mouse, if you want to play games it is fine but the new version is not as good as the old one, the cable is no longer braded and the wheel's finish quickly degrades becoming more rough as time goes on but hey it works and you can play games with it.

    This mouse is alright. It has a good amount of buttons for the price and they feel alright. The overall feel of the mouse is really cheap though. I’ve found the right click is very sensitive so if you rest your fingers on it you’ll get a lot of miss clicks

    Good functioning mouse, love how it has a lot of macros. Only wise the mouse was a little lighter with out any of the weights on.
