    The mouse secondary buttons stopped working. Called customer service and they sent an update. Worked for a day then crashed again. Now waiting for then to send me a new one.

    I love this mouse! Just remember that the one button behind the wheel allows for free wheel movements or more “controlled” spin. Meaning with one push in either direction allows it to “click”. Tried healing in WoW after forgetting this and spent a dungeon looking at the ground and health bars. Hehe. Oops.
